Description:

At Interpower Equipments Ltd., we proudly introduce our Eco Hopper, designed to minimize material wastage during the transfer of goods from ships and ports to other transport vehicles. Available in various sizes to suit different applications, these hoppers can handle both packaged and bulk materials such as fertilizers, wheat, and grains. Our mobile Eco Hoppers are equipped with tire-mounted wheels for easy movement and are designed for reliable, high-performance operation. From manufacturing to installation, we manage transportation, supervision, testing, and commissioning. Working Process:

The process starts with a crane-operated grab bucket lifting bulk materials from the vessel or storage area. The crane then transports the loaded grab bucket to the top of the unloading hopper system. Using crane controls, the grab bucket opens to release the materials into the hopper. The hopper’s discharge outlet features a bar gate valve and a conveyor control system, which together regulate the flow of materials precisely. This setup ensures safe, controlled unloading while maintaining a steady flow. By optimizing material handling, the system significantly improves operational efficiency and boosts overall productivity during loading and unloading tasks.
